Permtted Uses

You may:

  • Access reports, forecasts, and guidance.

  • Use interactive features respectfully.

  • Generate astrology charts for authorised individuals.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interfere with the Platform.

  • Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or manipulation of the Platform.

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information for readings.

  • Misuse the Platform in any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful manner.

Violation may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access.
 

3. Intellectual Property Rights
 

All materials on Qwick Astro—including:

  • Text, graphics, images, astrology insights (including AI-generated content)

  • Software, algorithms, and proprietary methods

  • Logos, design elements, and branding

are the exclusive property of Brahmveda Ventures Private Limited or its licensors.

User Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written approval.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the Platform software.

  • Use Qwick Astro trademarks or copyrighted materials without authorization.
     

4. Privacy Policy, Data Protection & DPDP Compliance

Qwick Astro strictly adheres to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023, ensuring responsible collection, processing, and storage of user data.

  • Personal details such as name, gender, birth date, birth time, birth place (to generate astrological charts).

  • Contact information (email or phone, if provided).

  • Non-personal usage analytics and device information.

Purpose of Data Processing

The site is not intended to be GDPR compliant. If you are accessing the site from a country outside India, you do so at your own discretion, and we are not responsible for any claims, obligations, or requirements arising under non-Indian data protection laws.


10 Minors:

We assume that any minor accessing the website is doing so with the full knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally collect, store or process data of children. If any data of a minor is submitted, it is presumed that it has been done with the guardian’s consent, and we do not take responsibility for such submissions.
